If you haven't heard of Little House Massage it is a cozy, quiet and private space perfect for relaxing and pampering. Suzie has been so generous to share her space with me in order to bring more services to the area.

After a busy summer of hard work, it’s time to pause and pour some love back into yourself.

The Signature Scrub Workshop is designed as a mini self-care retreat – think creative vibes, laughter, and a table full of beautiful ingredients.

Each session includes:
• Hands-on scrub making – craft your own signature blends with salts, sugars, oils, and essential oils.

Staying Cool in the Northern Heat

It’s a scorcher out there! With soaring temperatures and poor air quality, it’s more important than ever to take care of your body and mind.

Hydrate often – Your muscles (and your mood) depend on it.
Stay indoors during peak heat and smoke – Give your lungs a break.
Cool cloths, cold showers, or a dip in the lake – Gentle ways to bring your body temp down.
Keep curtains closed & fans circulating – Create your own cozy shade.
Don’t forget to rest – Heat can be exhausting. Your body needs downtime too.

We are so excited that In Bloom is around the corner, we decided to give you a sneak into our afternoon tea box AND a chance to PRE-ORDER yours for $20. Pre-Orders will be taken until Friday at 5pm.
