As most of you know, I am up hours before the crack of dawn because my toddler thinks that is the best time to get up and start her day!

Prioritizing sleep is so important for our bodies to function properly and our minds to be clear and positive!

Whether you are a night owl or morning lark, prioritizing sleep is possible and necessary. Those that know I am up super early, also know our house is asleep by 8:00pm, adults included!

Sleep (deprivation) affects everything from our hormone levels, cognitive ability, fine motor skills, muscular endurance and power, reaction time, insulin sensitivity, immune function etc etc

If you don’t already prioritize your sleep, think about all the positive things that will happen for you if you do! Give it a go!

2021 Body Rolling was busy; we sure made up for it in the last quarter. Although we are under restrictions again, I am happy to say that many body rolling classes will resume in 2022 because we often teach at a lower capacity than the room allows.

😂 who wants to be touching their neighbour, covid or not?! We are stretching after all… so we need rrrroooooooommmm!!
