My name is Hannah and I graduated from Academy Canada with a Diploma in Health and Human Sciences (Hons.) Throughout my practice I have grown an interest in the management of chronic pain conditions, prescription of therapeutic exercise, and the inclusion of mental health management as part of one’s overall well-being. I firmly believe in empowering clients to help equip them with the proper tools to optimize their health and wellness.
