This client came in after his good friend recommended us and if you’ve ever trusted a friend with something like this, you know how much that matters. Thank you for the kind referrals.

Like many of my new neuromodulator clients, his main concern was the lines between his brows, the “11s.” During consultation, we reviewed his goals and assessed the facial anatomy at rest and with dynamic movement. He was looking forward to treat the deeper folds, but also help prevent it from getting deeper over time. Upon consent, we treated the area with Dysport using precise placement to relax these muscles. It will take 1-3 days for the medication to start to work, with the peak effect in 2 weeks!

This client was also interested in building a simple yet effective skincare routine, so we chatted about adding Vivier Vitamin C Serum 10 and Ultimage hyaluronic acid to support hydration and overall skin health alongside his treatment. One of our favorite things is when great results speak for themselves ✨

Today, one of our regular Dysport clients came in and told us a fun story. She recently saw a friend and couldn’t stop noticing how incredibly glowy and smooth her skin looked. Naturally, she had to ask what her secret was!

Turns out 👀 her friend is also one of our Dysport and skincare clients. Sometimes it starts as a thought you can’t quite shake. For her, it was “Should I do a little something with my lips?” A little curiosity turned into a lot of consideration, and over time, she kept coming back to the idea of a subtle lip filler treatment during her appointments.

As the new year approached, she finally decided it was time. During our lip filler consultation, we discussed her goals, went over the procedure, and by the end of the conversation, the excitement was undeniable. She felt she was truly ready and it was one of those right timing moments.

She had a naturally lovely lip shape and was a really good lip filler candidate. Our plan was simple: gently enhance the upper lip to improve balance and symmetry, without taking away from what already made her lips hers. Think refined, soft, and effortlessly natural.

The treatment itself was all about subtlety... nothing overdone, just enough to bring everything into harmony. And the results? She’s obsessed. We’re obsessed. It’s that kind of transformation that doesn’t scream “I had something done.” She wonders why she didn't just do it sooner.

From a Physician injectors POV, some transformations are quiet, yet powerful.

Our client looks in the mirror, and pauses. The change is immediate. Facial proportions appear more balanced, volume that has naturally diminished over time is restored, and the lower face gains support and definition.

At this moment, you are seeing the early post-procedure result, with mild swelling or redness still settling. As the tissue relaxes and the filler integrates, the outcome continues to soften and refine over the following four to six weeks. Note: The after photo is from a slightly different angle, though you can visually appreciate the results.

In our practice, we use high-quality, non-permanent hyaluronic acid-based fillers, chosen for their safety, reversibility, and ability to move naturally with facial expression. The goal is to create natural-looking results and respect the individuality of each face.

The first photograph shows the patient prior to any dermal filler treatments. The second photograph was taken immediately after the third session, following chin and jawline filler treatment (with the second session being cheek filler treatment).

💭 " I couldn’t believe my results. It was like I erased 15 years of night shift. I finally felt like myself again. I can’t recommend Dr. Pari enough. I will continue to trust her with my skincare and injectable treatments- her knowledge of cosmetic injectables is unmatched.”

When this client first came in for a consultation with us over a year ago, her primary concerns were under-eye darkness, uneven skin tone, and volume loss.

After a thorough assessment and discussion of her goals, we began with a foundational approach. We recommended a twice-daily regimen using Vivier Grenzcine Eye Cream, along with the Vivier Anti-Aging Program, a comprehensive yet simple, pharmaceutical-grade skincare routine. We recommended starting with this regimen for a minimum of 12 weeks to allow time to repair the skin barrier, reduce inflammation, and improve overall texture and tone before reassessing.

As a physician, I often emphasize that healthy, resilient skin is not achieved through quick fixes or trending products. It requires patience, consistency, and a thoughtful, science-based approach. It’s also important remember that every individual’s skin is different, and results can vary depending on many factors such as genetics, and lifestyle.
