Chronic Disease Prevention Policy Survey for Newfoundland and Labrador The CDP Survey assesses knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about various health policy actions related to chronic diseases.

This study is conducted by Dr. Rachel Prowse in the Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland. The CDP Survey assesses knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about various policy actions in multiple topic areas related to chronic disease, including healthy eating, physical activity, alcohol, to***co, and cannabis.
