Cooked in my hotel on the stove top. Doesn't matter where I am, if I'm cooking for 4 or just me I will always eat this way. Its not hard when you commit to changing the way you eat. It's not a diet for me it's just how I keep choosing to eat.

My kids reminded me the other day to meditate as it seemed I had less patience lately. So today I meditated and it felt amazing. I also went for a 15km bike ride then i ate these ribs. Kids are so intuitive and never afraid to say it how it is. Listen.
