There may be some huge changes coming to your routine in this summer. School is ending soon (or maybe it already has!) vacations are being planned, sports schedules, summer camps and so much more!

How do you make time for yourself? How do you make sure your days start your way?

My answer is a morning makeover. Not a perfect morning, but a morning set up with the intention of creating another wonderful day 😊.

But how? That’s what we’re going to explore together!

“Makeover Your Morning” is a FREE, 5 day challenge where we will explore setting ourselves up for success as soon as we open our eyes. We will build a morning routine, use morning affirmations to support our mindset, and share what is working together.

“Makeover Your Morning” is starting on Monday and will run through to Friday. My goal is to build a simple morning routine to stick with us all summer/year long!

Love this analogy!

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"*

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

So true!

It started out as one home workout 7 years ago and has lead to many positive changes in my life.

It has lead me to learn more about nutrition, personal development and mindset.

It has generally lead me to learn more about myself. The new set of tools I’ve since developed have helped me through some of the toughest years of my life 🙌🏻.

Fitness IS so much more than just a workout!

You HAVE to make these brownies!

Gluten free, dairy free, and oh so delicious 😋.

What you’ll need:
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. Melted coconut oil
Tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
Tsp. Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Mix in that order then bake @ 350 for 22-25 minutes.

Hit save and try them for yourself!
