Hello,
I would like to reach out and let you know about some changes that I've been working on. Going forward, Megan Taylor Counselling will be changing its name to Leave the Light On Counselling. This new name has sentiment attached and feels fitting for how I would like to grow this practice and help others.

Starting October 16 I will be working part time and able to see clients online, via telephone, and now in person at 21 Pippy Place! You can reach out via messenger, email, or phone to schedule or visit my website to book online.

Thank you all so much for the support you've shown so far, and I hope this next chapter allows me to continue to grow and learn.

I love this. Journaling can help us focus our thinking, and navigate through what thoughts are helpful and which ones are perhaps our anxiety talking. It can also help us release some of those powerful emotions that may be difficult to manage.

Even if you aren't a writer, journaling can mean drawings, doodles, coloring, collaging, etc. There is no right or wrong way to express your emotions.
