A gentle reminder for 2026: we don’t get to control how others behave, but we do get to choose our response. That choice is power.

May we stop handing our peace to people who haven’t earned it.
May we meet the world with clarity, not reaction.

Our next yoga session will start Monday, January 5th and run for 12 weeks through to March 25. In an effort to increase consistency in class participation, we have changed the pay structure for MB’S Yoga. Please see below. All passes that are remaining will still be honoured but they will all expire on March 25. Hope to see you all on your mats soon.
