The Sensory Bliss Experience 💆🏻‍♀️

Do you find it hard to get up immediately after massage or reiki and jump back into “the real world?”

During a massage, the idea is to get your nervous system to enter into a slower, more relaxed state. If you jump right back into “go mode” afterwards, it can be jolting on your system.

This is an optional add on at the end of treatments where you can do 15 or 30 minutes of sensory bliss after your treatment, including any or all of the following options:

A high-quality weighted eye mask with a subtle and gentle lavender scent

A heated table and heating pad to get you nice and toasty

Music designed to get your brain in a more relaxed state

Essential Oil diffusion tailored to calming and soothing
