Coping during a crisis: Mental health support for wildfire-affected communities
If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure โ you're not alone.
Stress and emotional reactions are normal during disasters like wildfires. You may feel numb, restless, tearful or just "not yourself." Children can also have trouble with uncertainty. These are all valid responses to a traumatic event.
