Services are covered by most insurance companies under both "acupuncture" and "naturopath". As a holistic medicine, TCM/Acupuncture nourishes the body, mind and spirit. It is used for people of all ages (including children) for treatment, as well as prevention, of ailments. An acupuncture treatment may include one or more of the following:
- Acupuncture/Acupressure
- Tui Na (Oriental bodywork therapy/TCM massage)
- Thermal Therapy (TDP and moxibustion)
- Topical application of therapeutic herbs
- Nutrition Therapy
- Cupping
- and more....

Acupuncture can be useful for a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, arthritis, fatigue, insomnia, digestive disorders, allergies & sinusitus, gynaecological complaints, stress management, respiratory disorders, morning sickness, skin diseases and conditions, TMJ & dental pain, addictions, obesity, and more. Having studied acupuncture/TCM through an intense three year, hands-on program with clinically based internships and graduating with honours, Laurie has sucessfully completed the provincial registration exam.
