We’re launching CorCare and your understanding means everything.

CorCare is the new health information system that will improve how you receive care, and how you access your personal health information.

CorCare launches Saturday, April 25. During this change, some services may take a little longer as our teams adjust to a new way of working.

The result will be better care and better health for everyone.

We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

It's International HPV Awareness day.

✨ HPV is a virus. Four out of five people will get HPV at some point in their lives

✨ You can have HPV without any signs or symptoms

✨ This virus can lead to cancers affecting females and males

✨ People come into contact with this virus through any skin-to-skin sexual contact below the waistline with fingers, mouths, or other body parts, even without pe*******on

✨ Everyone should look into getting the HPV vaccine whenever possible, regardless of gender or relationship status

✨ The HPV vaccine is safe and effective in protecting against HPVs that lead to cancer

It's important to get regular screening. PAP tests for women are essential to early detection of HPV.

You can also get vaccinated with a series of injections.

Ask your Health Care Provider today about screening if you are unsure when your last PAP test was.

We are closed in clinic February 2nd 2026 due to the impending snow storm.

If you have a virtual appointment scheduled it will be going ahead!

Our staff will be monitoring the phones but you MUST leave a voicemail to get a return message.

We want to take a moment to clarify a few things about our clinic!

📞 Phones & callbacks
Our phone lines are monitored Monday–Friday. Our number one priority is always the patients and practitioners in front of us,
second is answering the phones — which is why we have a voicemail.

Voicemails are usually returned within 24 to 48 hours. If you left us questions for the doctor we WILL NOT call you back until there is an answer from them. Our messages are triaged and URGENT messages are returned immediately. Occasionally, there may be a slightly longer delay if one of us is sick or away.

•We return calls once to the number left and leave a generic voicemail asking you to call back. After we call you back, we won’t chase you- it’s up to you call us back again if you miss our call.

• Please speak clearly and leave your phone number in your message

• Repeated calls without leaving a voicemail do not result in a callback

**We have noticed increases in calls with no one on the other end, or identifying details are not left on the voicemail message. We NEED your MCP, phone number and full name to confirm it's you before we call back. With over 5000 patients at our clinic between 5 doctors there are some people with the same names and this is our only way to tell you apart**

📅 Appointments & booking

We are not a drop-in clinic. All visits are by appointment only.
Current booking times vary by doctor. If you cannot make it to your appointment PLEASE call as soon as possible to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment via text message reminder we will not hunt you down to rebook you - this is your responsibility.

We send out text reminders and emails!

Opting out of these services means you miss your appointments. We understand it can be annoying to constantly get reminders but they are in place for a reason. We do not have the ability to call every patient with every appointment and remind them.

We genuinely care about our patients and work hard to go above and beyond.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust as we continue to support our community.

Thank you for taking the time to read this long post and we hope it helps clarify some of the concerns from patients we've been hearing.
