The snow is here! The St. John's Back Pain Clinic will be closing at 3pm on January 21st. We will be open Friday morning at 10am.

Stay safe and take your time on one of the first big shoveling sessions for the year.
- Wear the right clothing/shoes
- Don't overload your shovel
- Push the snow vs lift it where you can
- If you do throw the snow try to minimize twisting your back
- Take lots of breaks
