The time has come. I've been anxiously tuning into news updates and recommendations from our regulatory bodies and I feel it is now time to pull the trigger and TEMPORARILY CLOSE SHOP while we navigate the COVID19 pandemic.
Although this a difficult decision and it will not be easy to rebound from this as a small business it is the only decision I am willing to make at this time as I no longer feel it is possible for me to guarantee the SAFETY YOU DESERVE AND EXPECT. Nothing is more important to me than keeping my clients and family safe and sound β₯οΈ
I can not tell you how much it means to me to have such an incredible, brilliant clientele who have shown me more support and loyalty than I could have ever imagined over this past decade.
I want you all to know that I WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE TO TALK . This is an incredibly stressful and uneasy time that is certain to trigger anxiety, depression and other mental health issues like compassion burnout, insomnia and panic attacks so please, please feel free to reach out to me any time you need it!! As most of you know I feel very passionately about mental health and i have a great deal of experience and training in that area and I am happy to help any way thay I can. You are not alone and it's okay if you aren't okay. Most of us are struggling at this time β₯οΈ
In the mean time I will be doing some online courses and continue working on the business plan while we wait this out. I will also continue to add interesring content to the page along with some tips to HELP MANAGE MECHANICAL ISSUES AND CHRONIC PAIN while missing out on your massage sessions as well COPING STRATEGIES for these trying times. So please, STAY TUNED π
Please TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION given by the WHO, stay safe and do your best to protect our most cherished and vulnerable β₯οΈ
-Stay home and wash your hands (you should be averaging once an hour...if your hands aren't died out then you aren't washing them enough π€¨ lol).
If you have any questions or dilemmas regarding COVID19, how to cope or what to do or where to access reliable sources of information please feel free to contact me. If I do not have the answers you need I will find them for you.
Your continued support will be more important than ever to myself and every other small business owner in the province. It's been a doozey of a winter, wha? π€ͺ
TAKE GOOD CARE OF EACH OTHER and try to find the silver lining in this forced break because every day we wake up on this side of the sod is a great day π
