Your breath is a fertility superpower—let’s tap into it today!

One quick and really efficient way to turn on your rest, digest and create mode is the 4, 7, 8 breath.

This breath practice really gives you that centering, grounding, calm feeling
so that when you're calm, you're rested;
and you can digest / absorb what's going on around you,
And you can manifest - create the baby you would love to have!

I do it for about 5minutes a day, sometimes 10,
Especially in the morning to set me up for the day AND
At night before bed, so it calms my body, so I can completely get into that rest, sleep, Zen mode

You get to co-create what it is that you would love to have in your life.

How you do it is by taking regular breaths.
You inhale for the count of 4,
you retain the breath in for a count of 7,
and you exhale for a count of eight -- either through your nose or pursed lips.

The advanced pro tip, as you hold it in,
you're going to lock your pelvic floor and your throat,
Let that air circulate in the chest, and then when you exhale, it's for the count of 8.

You repeat it over and over again.

Breathing deeply reduces stress, balances hormones, and supports fertility.

Stressed???
Are you STRESSED??!!??

Did you know that your fertility can be dramatically impacted NEGATIVELY by your stress?

However, there ARE stress busters.
You can help eliminate your stress by just taking some breaths,
allowing your body to settle into the moment with your deep breath.

Let's take a couple of deep breaths together.
Inhale for a count of one-two-three-four.
Retain in for a count of two.

Exhale slowly for the same count as your inhale.
Retain it out for the same as the retain in.
This is the rectangle breath.

When you repeat this process over and over again,
doing three to five of these in the moment,
when you're feeling that stress,

You can actually feel that stress leave the body.
It only takes a minute.
Try it.

As adults, your body is over 60% water.
Your developing baby starts out as 90% water and at birth is around 80%.
Proper hydration supports
✅ hormone balance
✅ optiminal cervical mucus
✅ better egg quality
✅ overall reproductive health.

How much water have you had today?

Aim for drinking your body weight (in lbs) divided by 2
