When I first read these words by Wayne Dyer, I thought about so many women on their fertility journey. 💕

For months—sometimes years—you may be told what isn’t possible. Doctors, statistics, or even your own doubts can weigh heavy. But here’s the truth: what you believe in your heart begins to shape your reality. 🌱

I’ve seen women who were told “it’s too late” go on to cradle their babies. I’ve seen those who once lived in fear, finally embrace faith, and watch doors open that they never thought possible.

Belief isn’t just wishful thinking—it’s the first seed of transformation. The more you nurture it, the more you begin to see evidence of life unfolding in your favor.

Growing up Catholic, I was taught to FEAR God. "The wrath of God" was real, and you better believe it.

But as I got older, something didn't add up. The same church telling me to fear God was also saying "God is love."

Wait... what? 🤔

I remember thinking, "This God sounds like he needs some serious anger management classes." How can the same being be wrathful AND loving? It created so much internal conflict.

That's when I realized - I didn't have to accept the beliefs handed down to me. I could CHOOSE what resonated with my soul.

This applies to EVERYTHING in your life, especially fertility. Maybe you inherited beliefs like:
"Getting pregnant is supposed to be hard"
"Good things don't happen to people like me"
"I'm too old/broken/unworthy"

NONE of these have to be your truth.
Your conscious mind can accept or reject ANY belief. You get to choose what you carry forward and what you leave behind.

Your fertility journey is yours to define. 💫

When you're stuck in unhappiness, stress, or emotional turmoil - especially around fertility - you have exactly THREE choices:

1️⃣ 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗧 𝗜𝗧 - Fully surrender to what is. Stop fighting reality and find peace in the present moment.
2️⃣ 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘 𝗜𝗧 - Take action to transform your situation. Learn new tools, shift your mindset, heal what needs healing.
3️⃣ 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧 - Walk away completely. Remove yourself from whatever isn't serving you.

But here's what most people do instead... They stay stuck in limbo. Complaining but not changing. Suffering but not accepting. Dreaming of leaving but never moving.

This indecision creates the worst kind of stress - the stress of being trapped between worlds. And when you're trying to conceive? This internal chaos becomes external reality.

Your body mirrors your emotional state. When you're clear about your choice and committed to your path, your body responds with clarity too.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆!

This may blow your mind...
As a baby, your mind was unlimited.
But by the time you finished high school?
Only 2% remains. 😱

Society, schooling, and cultural programming slowly stripped away your natural abilities.

It's like you're a universe made of tiny universes, all working in perfect harmony.

Before you chase any dream (especially having a baby), ask yourself these 5 questions:

1️⃣ Does it give you MORE LIFE? Do you come alive thinking about it?
2️⃣ Does it ALIGN with your core values? (This is huge!)
3️⃣ Will it make you GROW? Will you become the next best version of yourself?
4️⃣ Do you need help from a HIGHER POWER? (If you know exactly how to get there, it's not big enough)
5️⃣ Is there GOOD in it for others? Does your dream serve something beyond yourself?

Your dream of holding your baby should be a resounding YES to all five. ✅

If it lights you up, aligns with who you are, pushes you to grow, requires faith, AND brings new life into the world... that's how you know it's meant for you.

Don't just chase dreams. Test them. Make sure they're worthy of your life force.

Because when you're aligned with the RIGHT dream, the universe conspires to help you make it reality.

This is what my clients ask me all the time. And here's the beautiful truth...
Your baby isn't just yours. You're bringing a NEW SOUL into this world - a unique being with their own dreams, gifts, and purpose.

Think about it: Over the course of their lifetime, your child will interact with HUNDREDS of thousands of people. Teachers, friends, coworkers, their own family someday...
