Meet The Team - Zachery Peach, Certified Kinesiologist & Clinical Lead

Zachery grew up in Grand Bank before moving to St. Johns in 2018 to attend university. He graduated from Memorial University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and has been a part of the Lifemark team at Avalon Physiotherapy since June 2023.

Zach has always embraced an active lifestyle with a background in a variety of sports including hockey running, softball, and powerlifting. Maintaining an active lifestyle will not only create a positive impact on the physical health of an individual, but also improve the mental health. 💪

By understanding how the body moves, kinesiology helps improve performance, prevent injury, and support effective rehabilitation.
