From boggy ground to a safe, stable work zone.

For this transmission line project, site conditions were wet, soft, and difficult to access — exactly the kind of environment where the right temporary access solution matters.

EcoAxis Isotrack X mats were deployed to create a stable working platform for crews and equipment, helping reduce rutting, improve traction, and keep the project moving safely through challenging ground conditions.

Our matting systems are built for demanding utility and transmission work, providing temporary roadways, work pads, turning areas, and safe equipment access over soft ground. EcoAxis mat solutions are designed to support heavy vehicle and equipment movement, with traction-focused surfacing and durable recycled HDPE construction.

Protect the ground. Protect the schedule. Protect the crew.

SITE TRACKOUT MATS

Mud and debris is a problem on every job site.

But it becomes a bigger problem when it leaves it.

Tracked onto public roads.
Packed into tires and dropped across pavement.
Creating safety hazards, complaints, and constant cleanup.

And once that starts,
you’re reacting instead of controlling it.

Track-out control is about stopping that at the exit.

EcoAxis systems are designed to:

Knock mud, rock, and debris out of tire treads
Contain material at the point of exit
Reduce tracking onto public roads
Keep your site cleaner and more controlled

Instead of relying on:

Rock entrances that wash out
Labour-intensive sweeping
Ongoing cleanup and rework

You put a system in place that works every time a truck leaves.

From modular track-out mats to full access and exit solutions,
we match the system to your site, traffic, and conditions.

Less track-out.
Less cleanup.
More control over your site.

🧭
Most delays don’t come from one big problem -
they come from a lot of small ones.
Crews moving slower than they should.
Unstable footing.
Equipment struggling to access the site.
Ground conditions getting worse as the job progresses.
Individually, they don’t seem major.
Together, they cost time, money, and momentum.
How you access a site is one of the first, and most important, decisions you make.
Get it wrong, and issues compound quickly.
Get it right, and everything runs smoother from day one.

🔑
Product Highlight - Isotrack L Mat
One of the most versatile systems we use for this is the Isotrack L Mat:
• Provides safe, stable access for crews in wet and uneven conditions
• Protects turf and finished surfaces from damage
• Creates access where there was none
• Quick to deploy with a two-person crew
• Strong enough for light equipment and vehicle traffic
Built from HDPE, it won’t absorb water, rot, or break down -delivering consistent performance across changing site conditions

The Impact
Better access means:
• Fewer delays
• Safer working conditions
• Easier, more efficient workflows
• Reduced cleanup and reinstatement costs

Important
No single product fits every site.
The L Mat is one of several solutions we deploy
based on ground conditions, traffic, and project requirements.
With construction season ramping up, proper access planning becomes critical - we’ll be breaking down the right solutions for different site conditions over the coming weeks.

EcoAxis – 5 Years

Five years ago, EcoAxis was built on a simple belief — there’s a better way to do this.

Not easier. Not louder. Just better.

That belief has been tested. There were challenges, hard decisions, and moments where the conventional path would have been simpler. But we’ve stayed committed to doing the work the right way.

Over that time, we’ve grown into a team operating across Canada, working with leading organizations, developing practical innovations, and building strong partnerships at every level.

None of it happens without the people behind it.

The standard, the resilience, the willingness to figure things out when it’s not easy, that’s what built EcoAxis.

We’ve been recognized along the way, but what matters most is the team that shows up and delivers every day.

We’re still early in this.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of it.

Over 1,000,000 lbs, repurposed, not wasted.

Last year, EcoAxis worked alongside partners in the aquaculture industry to recover and repurpose more than 1 million pounds of HDPE.

This material, once difficult to manage at scale, is now being redirected into durable infrastructure solutions through a more efficient, circular approach.

Through our Circular Materials Program, we:

Recover HDPE materials at industrial scale
Process them into reusable material streams
Convert them into high-performance infrastructure products

The result:
✔ Reduced landfill reliance
✔ Lower transportation emissions through optimized logistics
✔ Practical, scalable circularity in a critical Canadian industry

This is what progress looks like, industries stepping forward, adopting better systems, and working together to solve complex challenges.

We’re proud to support that transition.

As we head into spring, our operations across Atlantic Canada are ramping back up.

If you’re managing large-scale HDPE materials, we’d welcome the conversation.

Let’s turn materials into opportunity.

This work builds on the momentum from winning the Canada-wide Ocean Startup Project Cohort 2022, reinforcing our commitment to advancing sustainable solutions in marine industries.
