It’s Meet the Team Monday ✨

From concussions to disc golf, Daniel does it all! 👏

Daniel grew up in Labrador West, studied Kinesiology at MUN, then headed to Queen’s University for his Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Since 2019 he’s been helping people reach their goals and break through barriers, and we’ve been lucky to have him on our team since 2021!

His focus areas? Mental health, concussion care, cognitive rehab, and MSK support (injuries, MVAs, ergonomics — you name it 💪).

When he’s not supporting clients, you can catch Daniel out on the trails hiking or camping, playing a round of disc golf, battling it out in board games or video games, or hanging with his cats 🐾.

And we can’t forget — Daniel recently said “I do”! 💍🎊 Join us in congratulating him on his new adventure in marriage! ❤️

Meet Kayleigh Wareham, RMT, who turned her own injury journey into a passion for helping others heal.

“I am a former athlete and artistic swimming coach turned RMT, here to help you recover faster, prevent injuries, and live pain-free.

My practice concentrates on, but is not limited to, sports injuries and therapeutic breast/chest wall treatments, using techniques like cupping, guasha, taping, Matrix Repatterning and more, to provide the most tailored treatment for each patient.

Outside the clinic I am a certified diamontologist 💎, plant collector 🌿, furniture restorer, knitter, and dog mom to Sprout 🐾.
