Hello Everyone!

In accordance with Alert Level 4 of the COVID-19 guidelines as mandated by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the clinic will be reopening as of next week! We will continue to do our due diligence and operate the clinic under the COVID-19 guidelines outlined by our provincial government, public health, and our regulatory bodies. As always, the safety of our clients and our staff are of the utmost importance to us.

The clinic will be reopening for regular business hours on Monday, March 15th, 2021. All clients impacted by the recent closure will be contacted by a member of our admin staff to reschedule their canceled appointment(s). In addition, any client (new or recent) who would like to book an appointment can contact the clinic by phone at 576-7770 or email at clinicadmin@actionphysio.ca. Please be patient with us as we anticipate a high volume of calls and emails over the next number of days.

We would like to take this time to remind all those attending appointments at the clinic of the following:
- The clinic is still operating with a virtual waiting room. Please call 576-7770 to notify the front desk of your arrival for your appointment.
- Once you have checked in, the front desk staff will call you back when it’s time to enter.
- All clients entering the clinic space are required to wear a face mask, either medical grade or cloth. Alternative face coverings will not be permitted.
- Upon entering the clinic space you will sanitize your hands before entering the treatment area.
- Use of the waiting room in the clinic is only permitted for extenuating circumstances and has to be pre-approved by a staff member of the clinic.
- No other family members are to attend appointments, unless in the case of a minor or a caregiver.

In addition, the clinic will be implementing enhanced COVID-19 screening measures for anyone attending an appointment at the clinic. The front desk staff will review the COVID-19 screen questions with you upon your arrival to your appointment.

The staff and management of Action Physiotherapy want to thank all of our clients for their continued support of the clinic. We look forward to seeing everyone in person again. As always, thank you for choosing Action Physiotherapy, and stay safe out there!
