💪 Stronger for Longer — 6-Week Strength Training Program
Due to interest, we’re expanding Stronger for Longer to two days per week!
Dates:
Monday, February 23 – 11:00 AM
Wednesday, February 25 – 11:00 AM
Duration: 6 weeks
Class Length: 60 minutes
Cost: $180 for the full 6-week series, $360 if you choose to participate 2x/week
(Eligible for submission as group physiotherapy — see below)
This 6-week program is designed specifically for women navigating menopause and beyond (age 50+) who want to stay strong, active, and confident in their daily lives.
In this class, we focus on functional strength training to help support:

👶 Staying active with kids, grandkids, and the activities you love
Each session blends strength work, mobility, balance, and heart-healthy movement, all tailored to support your body through the changes of menopause — without pressure, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.
