This week we celebrated a huge milestone. 5 years in business and what an incredible ride it’s been💛

Spending the week celebrating with our amazing clients, hearing your stories, your results, and the love you have for this community has been nothing short of overwhelming in the best way possible.

So many of you shared how this space has become your safe place, a judgment free zone filled with positivity, support, and genuine good vibes. To hear that from so many of you… it truly means everything to me.

We laughed. We reminisced. We even got a little emotional looking back on the journey…

Opening a business during COVID, not knowing what tomorrow would bring, was a very scary thought, never mind five years later .

And yet here we are🙌🏽

2025. Five years strong.

And this year…named Studio of the Year🏆😭

This August we are shining the spotlight on miss Tammy H. 🎉

Tammy has shown amazing dedication to her journey consistently showing up, trusting the process, and embracing the healthy lifestyle with open arms. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to push through every challenge have truly inspired us all!

Tammy opened up about her experience, and we just had to share her words with you!
"I had no real intentions of actually doing anything though I know I needed to. I was scrolling through Facebook and the EWYN page popped up. So I was curious and checked it out. I am SOOOO happy to say that I did. One of the best decisions I have ever made. I didn't like how my body was changing, I didn't like how my clothes were fitting, I was feeling so uncomfortable with how I was physically. Which my mental health really took a beating from me. I was not nice to me. Until the day I walked in the EWYN doors and met the crew there, total AWESOMNESS that's the only way I can describe the girls there. I could not have come this far (-30lbs!!!!!) With out them. I've tried many fads, intermittent fasting... with out positive results. I've learned how/what to eat from the coaches. The CHEARLEADERS! you guys ROCK. Thank you. Thank you, thank you!! 100% go have a chat with these wonderful ladies, you will thank yourself! I'm on the best path towards a healthy, happy future!!"
