Becoming a parent is a life-changing experience that can deeply impact our identity and mental well-being. As we navigate this transition, it’s important to build awareness and understanding so we can begin to embrace who we are becoming.

This week’s session is focused on perinatal mental health. Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ The emotional and psychological journey of becoming a parent and how identity can shift during this time.

✔️ Changing roles and relationships, and what these mean for mental health and well-being.

✔️ An introduction to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including signs, supports and when to seek help.

✔️ Practical strategies and resources to help navigate pregnancy through the postpartum period.

sessions are open, welcoming, judgment-free spaces where you can learn more about mental health and connect with helpful supports. We hope you’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and empowered through your parenting journey.
