The holidays can be a difficult time for many people, and sometimes having a space of understanding can make all the difference. Lifewise would like to extend an invitation to our Christmas Day Open House for anyone who may be in need of that safe space during Christmas. We will be serving food, sweet treats, and good company.

We have had so many people join us this past month!! It has been a fantastic February where we have learned to understand our stress and find new ways of coping in this fast paced world!
