What is the ProActive Parkinsons Program? 🤔
The ProActive Parkisons Program is a multidisciplinary, collaborative team that works together to provide patient centered care to help patients and family members manage their disease, all in one clinic!

What does the program entail? 📝
The ProActive Parkinsons Program is specifically designed for individuals with Parkisons and includes appointments with counsellors, physiotherapists, nurses and more!

With kids heading back to school, Dr. Prior chatted with CBC about how heavy backpacks, screen time, and poor posture can affect children's physical well-being.
From "tech neck" to proper backpack use, he shared expert tips to help keep kids' backs strong and healthy all year long! 💪

We're now accepting clients for our next intake of the GLA:D Program! 📣

What is the GLA:D Program? 🤔
The GLA:D Program is an exercise and education program that is designed to help individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis.

What does the GLA:D Program include? 🤩
The GLA:D Program consists of two education sessions that teach participants about osteoarthritis. The program also includes six weeks of exercise sessions, twice a week. That's 12 classes in total!

✨Interested in the GLA:D Program?✨
Classes start in late August and can be billed through private insurance! There is a limit on how many participants can join the program. To reserve your spot, or to learn more about the program, contact us!
