SOUND HEALING is a non-invasive therapeutic practice that helps bring about mental, emotional and physical well-being. Using a variety of techniques, such as quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, weighted and unweighted tuning forks, both on and off the body, sound healing and vibrational therapy are proven practices to help reset the autonomic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

VIBRATIONAL THERAPY is a branch of sound healing, that uses specialized tuning forks with specific musical intervals and frequencies, on joints, muscles, acupressure points and meridians. It is helpful as a complimentary treatment for arthritis, gout and generally reducing inflammation in the body.

Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 10am-4pm.

This one day event sees museums, historic sites, churches, and other buildings open their doors to the public, free of charge, so that we can appreciate the cultural and architectural beauty of our built heritage.

Wildfire smoke can travel long distances. Even after visible smoke clears, small particles can remain in the air and become deposited deep in the lungs. Exposure to these particles has been shown to increase respiratory discomfort and illness, especially among vulnerable health groups.

Strategies to consider:
- Drink plenty of water: aim for at least 2 litres per day.
- Replenish with electrolytes.
- Nasal Saline Rinse once back in your home after exposure.
- Use a HEPA air purifier in your home.
- Increase vibrant coloured foods: colourful vegetables and berries.
- Increase your omega oils dietary intake of fish, nuts and seeds.
