"Really?", you might be thinking!

Yes! The universe moves at the speed of your energy ✨

There’s a deep magic in remembering that what is meant for you can never miss you… because you are the one calling it in through your vibration.

In the energetic world, attraction isn’t about chasing, forcing, or trying to be in the “right place at the right time.”
It’s about resonance.

Everything you desire... love, clarity, purpose, opportunities, healing, carries its own frequency. And you, in your truest, most aligned state, carry a frequency that naturally matches what is meant to be part of your path.

So when you read the words, “I trust that what’s meant for me will never pass me by,” feel them in your body.

These are not passive words.
These hold power.

Because trust is an energetic signal. It tells the Universe: I am open. I am ready. I am aligned with what is already mine.

When your energy expands into trust, you stop vibrating from fear or scarcity… and you rise into a magnetic field where your desires can actually find you.

You don’t have to cling.
You don’t have to push.
You simply have to become the frequency that matches the life you’re calling in.

And what doesn’t match?
It naturally falls away, not as a loss, but as a redirection into deeper alignment.

Still Riding the high from the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐀 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡®️ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

Wow… what an experience. Even through a screen, the energy was electric. Breathing with Somies from all over the world felt like plugging into a global heartbeat, powerful, uplifting, and deeply aligning.

It’s wild to look back at how this journey started for me during COVID, when Soma Breath first helped me quiet my mind and move through that time with so much more ease. Since then it’s been 50+ hours of training, group sessions, retreats, and countless moments where breath changed everything.

And this convention? It brought it all full circle. Connection with likeminded, the community felt like family, and the inspiration on whats coming next was exciting!!
I closed my laptop buzzing — grounded, expanded, and so ready to bring this renewed fire into my sessions and offerings.
..And then there’s little me on the map!! YAY!! (I'm not the only one in Canada!! Everyone was still sleeping!!)

A Little Thought About the Affirmation “I Am Kind”

I seen the affirmation “I am kind” on a post the other day. Honestly, my first reaction is, “How?” I know some people give and give and give on an empty tank and give some more. And maybe this is in the hope of being acknowledged in some way. I pour out as much as I can but many people pour to the last drop.

I feel this affirmation isn’t a request to give more of ourselves outwardly.
Instead, it’s an invitation to turn that same kindness inward.

“I am kind” isn’t about doing more for others.

It’s about noticing how you speak to yourself, how you honour your own needs and where you allow your energy to be drained because your boundaries are too soft.

When we repeat “I am kind,” maybe what we truly need to hear is:
“I place myself in kindness. I treat me with the same gentleness I offer everyone else.”

So today, I’m asking myself ...and maybe you can ask yourself...
“Where can I show myself a little more kindness?
Where can I soften?
Where can I say no?
Where can I choose me without guilt?”

Sometimes the most powerful kindness we can offer is the one we finally give back to ourselves. 💛✨
