When I buy pieces, I often have people in mind. I didn’t have in mind until she walked into the door. When we started to try on frames, I knew we found the perfect home for this one of a kind piece from . I have been blessed with the best patients and this lady is one of my absolute favourites. She’s the loveliest human ever. Just look at her glasses!!! 🤓😍

Proof that styles come back around again. The first pic is me around 1980 when I was working about a year as an Optician. The next pic is 41 years later and the same styles are back again. I love the reactions from “I can’t do that again!” To “Oh my God, I love it, it’s so 80’s!” To “I’m basically getting Nan’s glasses that she kept in a cloth bag!”
One thing I’ve learned is I’ve never stopped loving eyewear and I love sharing that passion with our patients. 🤓😎

Our great niece Abby lives in Whitehorse and was here in our store pre Covid. She is a young artist and made this piece of art based on all my favourite things. It has the logo, my family, a concert with , the beach in Southern California where our daughter lives, my favourite country, Italy and my favourite city, New York. Abby, you’re so talented and I love this so much!! I have the very best nieces and nephews and this is just perfect. We miss you. ❤️

This is the time of year that we would normally be going to major eyewear shows. Since we aren’t going to Paris this year, our favourite eyewear line had a virtual buying session with us and we have all the new fall releases in stock. Since we are by appointment only, call 579-3852 to book your appointment to get the best selection. Releases will be coming on a daily basis. Each pair is always a one of a kind. 🤓🤓🤓🤓

Optique Boutique will be continuing with the protocols we currently have in place. Due to the close proximity that we have with our patients, we will continue our mask protocol and maintain our locked door. All services will be on an appointment basis and all frames and touch points will continue to be disinfected.
Our staff and patients have come to appreciate the personalized service and the safety protocols we have in place.
Thank you for your continued support, especially more so as we navigate through these changing times. You have been an incredibly supportive community. Thank you. Stay safe everyone. ❤️😷🤓😎
