Center of Health Excellence will be closed for the morning due to the inclement weather. We will provide an update at 11:00 am about the afternoon. If you have an appointment this morning you will be contacted to reschedule. All Virtual appointmemts will be going ahead as scheduled. Please stay safe and warm and check back here for updates!
