You can’t toxic positivity or positive psychology your way out of this! You’re nervous system, your brain, is smart and it’s wired to keep you safe. Meaning it stores memory of times you didn’t feel safe, also known as trauma. So unless we drudge out the nervous system bucket it’s going to subconsciously keep you safe, and that’s not always comfortable…emotionally and/or physically. You’re nervous system and body could quite literally be bracing for the next impact. No amount of manually therapy is going to resales this long term, sure you might get some short term release.
So the answer, the nervous system needs to be addressed! How? Well, my tools include CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional release, microdosing support and journeys in conjunction with integration because this is where the requiring happens.
