Excited to offer this great workshop for the 4th time! We love this work. Connecting with your breath and understanding your brain better are just a couple of the great things you will learn.
Laurie is a superstar teacher! I have learned so much from her!
No previous yoga experience required and it is accessible to most. If you have any questions about the practice send me a note and we can talk about it.

Evolutionarily speaking, your brain's job is to keep you safe and feeling secure. Knowing how to deal with the safety-based thoughts that your brain produces is key to keeping you moving in the direction of your mental & physical health goals.

Does this sound familiar? You want to make a change in your life, and it all sounds exciting and reasonable. Then your brain starts to pump out thoughts like…. Are you REALLY sure that you want to do this? You failed at this before, why try again? I'm too tired. This is going to be hard. I don't have the time. People might laugh at me. Things won't get any better. I don't have the confidence. I'm too depressed or anxious.

When we identify too tightly to these kinds of thoughts, we get stuck in old unhealthy FEAR based thought and behaviour loops. Do you want to learn how to move from FEAR to DARE? If this sounds interesting to you, then you are going to want to be part of this yoga and group support series!
