CareGivers, a Brightisle program, is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help ensure high-quality care for our clients and support our care teams.

In this role, you’ll support client intake, monitor service quality, track key performance indicators, and work closely with Home Support Workers to make sure every client receives safe, reliable, person-centred care. If you’re organized, solutions-focused, and passionate about supporting both clients and care teams, this could be the role for you.
