Hello guys, we are clearing out items from my Uncle's house, he's been battling with his health for the past few years now and finally he went frail and got moved to Aged Care Facility.
We are liquidating items from his former residence, following his move to aged care.
These items are no longer required, and he is pleased to generate additional funds for other expenses. We have a truck available for delivery at a small extra cost. Sales will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that deposits are necessary to hold each item, as we will be absent until 3rd of August
Only serious buyers, please. Payment of a deposit will secure the item, and upon our return, the buyer can inspect and decide whether to proceed with the purchase or receive a refund.

Have you experienced our Yoga Massage Class?

This two hour event is a combination of gentle Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation, visualization, grounding, aromatherapy, hot stones, eye coverings, soothing music, candles and with the added touch of both Massage Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy.

Did you know….

Since November 2024, Meridian founder, Pamela, has been working with the YWCA?

It’s been an honour to share my experience to date in entrepreneurship and in life, with the YWCA CareerCompass Program in St. John’s!

The CareerCompass program is a career exploration, readiness, and mentorship program developed by YWCA for young women and gender diverse youth between ages 18 and 30.

It’s a great reminder that we don’t necessarily need to be that “far ahead” in order to support another starting out on the journey. I know my fears and doubts have held me back at times. Being part of this program has been validating and inspiring! I’ve been blessed to have support and still do, we all need support.

I highly recommend volunteering in any capacity as giving back and connecting with community brings so many rewards.

Thank you YWCA St. John’s and to my mentee Hilary Cooper for the opportunity to work together in this capacity.

Here is some feedback from my mentee that I wanted to share:

Hi Pam,
I’ve really enjoyed this experience with you and while we may not be in the same line of work, I believe we are in similar mindsets. Going in to the program I thought I wanted to be paired up with an artist, however I’m glad they couldn’t find me one as it led me to you and your entrepreneurial skills and mentorship. Working with you over the past few months has been very encouraging and grounding and our meetings are something I look forward to.

You have given me some great advice when it comes to responding to clients, reaching out to local organizations, and where to go next. And even though we are in different industries, you always know what to say where it relates to interpersonal and social connections, entrepreneurship, and more.

I appreciate everything you have given me during the program and I look forward to being able to pay it forward to someone in the future.

Our Yoga Massage Combo returns Sunday April 6

From 7-9pm enjoy two blissful hours all to yourself to release stress and strain and gain inner harmony and wellbeing.

Yin poses are longer held and supported allowing the opportunity for an assisted release by RMT Una Keenan.

Each student will receive one on one attention throughout the two hours.
