2 years of presentations and opening the conversation around mental health and mental skills! My talks are not only based on education and professional experience, but talking about my own experiences, struggles, challenges and wins with mental health! While the majority of these talks have happened across NL for sports groups, businesses and schools, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to speak to groups across the Maritimes, US and Asia! Much appreciated to all who reach out for presentations, who support the journey and keep the conversation open regarding mental health! Let’s continue to build in 2026!
