A little shot with big benefits 💥🍋

Ginger, turmeric, cayenne, and lemon deliver antioxidants + anti-inflammatory support to help your immune system stay resilient. Quick, simple, and potent — press play to see what’s inside.


Recipe for two shots 
• ⁣2 full lemons juiced 
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated) ⁣
• 1 tsp turmeric ⁣
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper⁣
• a few dashes of black pepper ⁣
• 2-4 tbsp filtered water⁣

Juice the lemons, grate your fresh ginger, and add to a blender with the turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, and filtered water. Blend until smooth. Enjoy 1–2 oz as a shot or warm it up and sip as a cozy drink, and store the rest in the fridge for up to 3 days.
