September is a great time to change your routine.
I know you still have that summer time mind set, but here are 4 ways to change your routine and start crushing your days.
1. Drink a small bit of salty water when you first wake up.
2. Make a smoothie to have at least 50g of protein for breakfast, its easy and tastes delicious.
3. Take off those cool sunglasses driving to work. Let your eyes see that it is morning and start to reset your biological rythum.
4. Get to bed at the same time each night.

Sticking to the absolute basics over time will improve how you feel.

Here are 2 things you can do to help improve immunity:
