Enjoying summer? We're taking extra days off when possible and taking advantage of ocean waves and the delightful coolness of the woods (and the occasional ice cream!)
We also recognize that loss and illness don't take holidays, and some folks find large summer days difficult- how can beauty and grief be coupled so closely? We are here for you and your nervous system when summer brings emotional waves.
