We are super excited to welcome Domenic Pierri as our newest Physiotherapist at Lamme on Argyle!
Domenic has just moved from BC with his family and is calling Newfoundland home - and we’re stoked!
Domenic has been practicing for over 15 years, is a manual therapist, certified in dry needling, acupuncture and Graston technique.
He’s approachable, knowledgeable, a great guy and is taking appointments!

🚨 Big News 🚨
We’re building the first-ever mountain bike skills park on the Avalon!

Construction has officially begun on the Volkswagen | Audi St. John’s Mountain Bike Skills Park, a purpose-built facility in Pippy Park where riders of all ages and skill levels can learn, practice, and progress. 🧠💪

📆 Opening July 2025, just in time for the 2025 Canada Games, the park will:
✅ Serve as a training ground for Canada Games athletes
✅ Offer progressive features for beginner to advanced riders
✅ Help grow the sport on the East Coast for years to come

This game-changing project is made possible thanks to major support from:

🏛️ Government of Newfoundland and Labrador
🚗 Volkswagen St. John’s & Audi St. John's , with a 5-year sponsorship commitment valued at over $100K

We are very proud and excited to welcome Heather Daly to our clinic!

An awesome human and physiotherapist, Heather joins us after 30 years of experience treating orthopedic patients post injury, surgery and joint replacement.
Heather has extensive post graduate training in Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Acupuncture, osteoarthritis management (GLA:D) and fall prevention (OTAGO).
