Home to your team of Professional Health Care Practitioners. We are a health hub of educated, certified, and experienced Health Care Providers who are here to help you manage your health, and health concerns. Our Health Centre is a relaxing oasis that welcomes you with open arms to a safe, comforting, and nurturing atmosphere, encompassing both holistic and traditional health practices. We offer services for all ages and provide several health modalities to help you reach your health goals, including Registered Massage Therapy, Counselling, Nutrition Consulting, Registered Acupuncture, yoga, and meditation, to name a few. All of our individual services are covered by most insurance and some through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We offer services in person and some of our Practitioners also offer virtual sessions. We like to participate in Corporate Workplace Wellness Programs, offer seminars, subscriptions, and workshops on a variety of topics. We'd love to hear your suggestions for health-related topics that you'd like to learn more about. Healthy Balance was created in 2009, in St. John's, NL by Nutritionist Tara Antle, BSc.AHN, RHN, RNCP and was expanded to become a Holistic Health Group in 2018.
