Why it matters:
Smoke, dust, and airborne particles can clog your CPAP filter faster than usual, reducing airflow and potentially exposing you to irritants.

What to do:
- Check your filter weekly during poor air quality alerts
- Replace disposable filters every 2–4 weeks
