Overthinking can show up for a lot of people at different times.
It might look like looping thoughts, replaying conversations, or trying to figure something out from every angle.
If you notice it happening, try gently naming it “I’m overthinking right now.”
Sometimes it also helps to hear it from someone else. A friend reminding you that you don’t have to solve this right now can take some of the weight off.
You don’t have to fix it in the moment. A slower breath…a small pause, and a bit of space can be enough for now.
Clarity and calm usually comes when things settle, not while the mind is in overdrive.🧡
