ctly to the handling of the FORCE FLOW through the QI FLOW MERIDIANS. Within these 4 Elements are 13 pre-requisites. The 13 have to be learned first in order to heal oneself and then others, because they alert you to the meridians which are used for treating others. Then, one can handle Martial aspects of the Art.
