I loved everything about transitioning except losing my hair. I’ve tried lots of products, even medication, and in the end decided to take it to the next level. I feel like myself again!!! 💪
Thanks to my buddy, Barry and all the staff at the clinic. From scalp micro pigmentation to hair prosthetics to grafting. It’s a process, but we’re getting there. 🙏

💁♀️ For over 34 years, Dr. Paul Cotterill has served hair loss patients at his private clinic in Toronto and New York limited exclusively to medical hair restoration. He has written extensively on hair transplantation and has been published in numerous textbooks, as well as lectured internationally.
💼 He served as the Annual Meeting Chairman for the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS ), in Washington D.C in 1998. Dr. Cotterill continues to be an active member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, for which he has served on the Board of Governors and is a past President.
🏆 Dr Cotterill was honored to receive the Golden Follicle Award from the ISHRS in 2018 for his outstanding contributions to the field of hair restoration. Dr. Cotterill is board certified with the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) and has been on the Board of Directors for the ABHRS as well as being an examiner.
🩺 Dr Cotterill is a proud member of Operation Restore, the ISHRS Pro Bono Committee. He was Chair of the Continuing Medical Education Committee for the ISHRS for 17 years and has been an “out of hospital” premise inspector for hair transplant clinics for the College of Physician and Surgeons in Ontario.
🎙️ In addition to his surgical practice and being an honorary lecturer for the University of Toronto, Department of Dermatology, Dr. Cotterill has been an investigator for the Upjohn and Merck pharmaceutical companies on medications designed to slow or reverse male and female androgenetic alopecia.
🤗 Dr. Cotterill takes a full and active role in the surgical treatment for each patient, performing only one procedure at a time. This includes the removal of grafts from the donor area, the making of each and every recipient site, and supervising the placement and insertion of grafts. Dr. Cotterill examines each patient personally and leads counsellors at the Hair Clinic in determining the best possible customized solutions to hair loss.
