Katie Karl, RMT is now offering Hot Stone Massage as an add-on to her services!

✨️ Attention Clients! ✨️

I am now providing Hot Stone Massage as an add-on to your massage therapy appointments!

This add-on is $15 on top of the price of your massage therapy appointment and is usually covered under massage therapy with benefit coverage.

Recommended lengths for hot stone massage are 60 or 90 minutes, however it can be incorporated into a 45 minute massage as well.

Benefits of hot stone include:

✨️ Decrease in pain, aching, and stiffness
✨ Decrease in muscle tension
️✨️ Improves lymphatic circulation
✨️ Eases pain from menstruation
✨️ Decreases headaches
✨️ Reduces stress
✨️ Increases relaxation

This service must be booked in advance to the day of your appointment to allow time to prepare the stones.
