Every week I teach a one hour class in the beautiful setting of the community garden. These classes are open to anyone that would like to join. Beginners welcome!

Tonight we will focus on connection with the body and the breath 🧘🏼‍♀️

Drop in is 10$, BYOM (bring your own mat 😊)

Hello friends! Looking forward to seeing some faces tonight for Yoga in the Garden! The weather isn’t looking overly promising, however we have an alternative option if it’s raining (Pavilion at Kinsmen park!!). Please keep your eye out as I will update by 5 PM.
