New year, saying hi 👋🏽

Behind this page is me - a postpartum doula and a mom to my three kids. To everyone who’s been here, thank you. And to anyone new, welcome!

As a postpartum doula, I support families in the weeks after birth with newborn care guidance, emotional support, household help, meal prep, and making sure you are cared for while you care for your baby.

I’m grateful to have supported 8 families in 2025, and I currently have Fridays available from January through May - because a clean house and a well-rested mom is a pretty great way to start the weekend!

And if hiring a postpartum doula feels a little… weird at first, having someone come into your space, see the mess, the tears, the real life - you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. This is a judgment-free zone. You don’t need to have it together, tidy up, or explain yourself. I’m there to support you and meet you exactly where you’re at to help make those early weeks/months feel a little lighter.

Postpartum mamas deserve to be nourished just as much as they nourish their babies. With a client day tomorrow, plus a couple stops before-hand for the postpartum friends in my life, I made up a big, big batch of homemade bone-in chicken noodle soup thats packed with love and the healing power of turmeric.

One of the greatest gifts you can give a new mom isn’t just help - it’s a hot, healing meal she didn’t have to make herself.

Our Breastfeeding Support Group meets every Thursday at 10:30 am. Come meet other families and receive breastfeeding support.

April, July, and August are fully booked! I have limited space in May and June but would love to support a few more families through the fourth trimester.

As a postpartum doula, I offer more than just an extra set of hands - I provide calm, nonjudgmental support in whatever way you need it most. That might look like:

• Breastfeeding guidance and bottle-feeding support
• Infant care and soothing techniques
• Sibling care so older kids feel seen and supported
• Light housekeeping to help you feel more settled at home
• Meal prep or snacks to keep you nourished
• Emotional support, space to process, and reassurance
• Help establishing routines that work for YOUR family

And the best part? You don’t need to commit to a big package to get help. I also offer “Doula for a Day” sessions - a one-time (or more) visit that provides focused support right when you need it most.
