Visited the little city of Marathonas where popular marathon running 42 km distance was born. It’s not frequently visited and I think there’s only 5 people in there. Amazing collection of running gear and running style. Personal records of marathon winners. Very small museum but worth the visit.

International Peace Garden Triathlon in Boissevaine, MB.

It was a cooler day for a race but water temperature was warm so it was a no wetsuit race.

Olympic Distance was a test for my body if everything is working for the big race in Louisville Ironman70.3.

The elevation gain during the ride at 1800 ft is comparable. The rolling hills in the run segment was also similar.

Overall, the race was good and ready for Louisville in 2 weeks time… fun as always.
