Hello everyone! It has been a long time since I have posted anything. Life gets busy and time flies by without really noticing. On that note, I would like to let everyone know what has been keeping me busy...other than booking in as many massage appointments as I can during the week. (sorry no weekend appointments).
Most probably don't know, but for the past 6 years I have been receiving an education with the goal of getting a diploma of Clinical Herbalist. That goal is quickly getting close to fruition and I will be done mid December this year. Part of my course requirement is getting clinical hours. This is achieved by doing a client intake, then I would formulate herbal suggestions as well as supplements, diet and lifestyle for that person. For those who are interested in a herbal approach to their wellness and are wanting to find out what can be done you can book in with me on Tuesday or Thurday at 2:30pm to 3:00pm from now until June 19 and then again Tuesday or Thursday from July 3 to August 19 via the college's (Pacific Rim College) Jane app. with the following link:

Consultations are free and last 60 to 90 min, but there is a fee for the formulations if you decide to follow through with the suggestions. If you have any questions prior to booking, you can DM me. I understand that 2:30pm to 3:00pm on specific days, may not be an opportune time and if this doesn't work for you, we can arrange another time that does work for you.
