In addition, we work alongside with the businesses who have partnered with our job seekers to ensure that all parties are happy and fully supported during the course of employment. Families, parents, and caregivers are invited to join the Inclusion Rising Event in Steinbach — a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and learn about supports available in our community.

This gathering, hosted in partnership with Community Living Manitoba, People First of Manitoba, and the Family Advocacy Network of Manitoba, is all about bringing families together, sparking meaningful conversations, and strengthening community connections for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism.

Pizza lunch will be provided.

This year, enVision Community Living turns 70.

For 70 years, people in our community have shown up—supporting, advocating, and believing that everyone deserves to belong. Together, we’ve grown alongside people with intellectual disabilities, learning what inclusion really looks like in everyday life.

This anniversary is a moment to pause and thank the families, staff, volunteers, and donors who helped shape enVision into what it is today. It’s also a chance to look ahead and ask how we can continue building inclusive, meaningful lives together.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing stories from our past, present, and future.
