I’m not going to lie — I had to press pause in August. Between moving to a new town, two kids home on summer break, life’s curveballs, and squeezing in riding season 🏍️🌲, I quietly pulled our August sound bath from the calendar.

I knew I couldn’t show up fully with so much on my plate.

But September is almost here 🍂 and I’m so ready for our final Outdoor Sound Bath of the season at Painted Turtle Lake Retreat. These gatherings are some of my favorite moments — a chance to slow down, ground, and reconnect together.

There’s something about fall… the cooler air, the steady rhythm of routine, and that natural pull toward self-care. After the whirlwind of summer, I’m craving it. 🙃

✨ Outdoor Summer Sound Baths are back! ✨

Join me for a relaxing evening at the beautiful Painted Turtle Lake Retreat in Giroux, MB where we’ll gather by the water for a grounding sound bath experience under the open sky. 🌞🎶

We’ll have a cozy bonfire, tea to sip, and the option to enjoy the sounds from the beach or even floating on the water.

Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, my voice and other instruments blend with the soothing sounds of nature as you rest, release, and realign. 🌊🔥✨

Outdoor Sound Baths are BACK!

Come unwind on the beach at Painted Turtle Lake Retreat. Lay back on a mat, settle into a lounge chair, or float on the water while I guide you through an intuitive sound journey with bowls, drum, voice, and breath.

Each session is unique and rooted in presence—meant to support your nervous system, move stuck energy, and help you reconnect with yourself.

Afterward, you’re welcome to join us around the fire for tea and slow connection (totally optional).

All are welcome—no experience needed. Just bring what you need to feel comfy outdoors.
